All guests booking services will be given a robe and slippers. In addition, they will also have access to the fitness center, steam room,
sauna, indoor pool and hot tub. Arrivals: We advise all guests to arrive 15 minutes early to allow ample time to check-in and change. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to our other guests. Cancellation Policy: Please call 24 hrs in advance to cancel or change appointments. A full service charge will be charged for any late cancellations or no show appointments.

Gratuities are not included. It is customary to add 18-20% to your total service rendered.
